SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Currently, the estimated processing time for orders is 7 to 10 days

At the time we ship, you will receive an email or SMS stating that your order has already been prepared and is ready to ship.

Please ensure that the address and shipping details provided are correct. If you have placed your order and the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the customer and the orders sent are returned, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs assumed by the customer nor for the cost of the second shipment.

Shipments are made through the Correos Express company.

The shipping cost is:

Peninsula: shipping costs €4.80.

Balearic Islands: shipping costs €5.95.

Canary Islands: shipping costs €6.

Europe: shipping costs €25.95.
